The love we think we deserve

'We accept the love we think we deserve'
A simple sentence that summarizes and clarifies everything. All the suffer, the strange couples, the pain... 'We accept the love we think we deserve'.

Most people thinks that they don't deserve better. That is the big mistake, the question, the key. Why is so easy to believe all the bad stuff, the ugly things about ourselves instead of positive and flattering ones? Why do we always choose to feel small and unworthy? 'Why do I, and everyone I love, pick people who treat us like we are nothing?' Because we think deeply inside that we are not worthy of something good.

These are a few questions that pop up and I tell to myself after seeing a wonderful movie, 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower'. It comes with a sentence that explains it all and makes me think.

It is a world-renowned truth that the human being does not value himself as he should. To disparage ourselves is a tendency. A mainstream that we should eradicate from our heads as soon as possible for good.

'We are infinite'
